Palogi Restaurant - Our Story
In 2009, the Jerusalem based Palogi family moved to the small northern town of Binyamina, there they opened Palogi restaurant which combines a few passions:
Love for the traditional Italian kitchen, love of art and love for people.
Palogi restaurant is a classic family Italian restaurant with a Mediterranean scent.
The kitchen is conducted by the son Shaul who had acquired his culinary education in Florence and Tuscany.
The ancient stone house where the restaurant is located was lovingly and authentically reconstructed by the firstborn son Itamar- a Bezalel alumni, and by Arie, the father of the family and a visionary man.
Talia, Shaul and Itamar's sister, is in charge of the restaurant management, the kind service and the events.
This is probably the reason why the food tastes like a personal warm hug.
Shaul demonstrates his enthusiastic love of the Italian kitchen with classic dishes with a modern twist, putting the focus on fresh and seasonal ingredients.
Our pasta and pizza dishes are fresh and handmade.
Our desserts also have a unique touch, so you can savor a masterpiece tiramisu next to a mascarpone cream filled cnaffe.
